Delivery & Handling Policy
We do not aim to profit from our postal charges. Goods are dispatched using Royal Mail. Postage is calculated on the total price of your order, orders under £14.99 will be posted by 1st class delivery, orders over £14.99 will be posted by 1st class recorded delivery and orders over £49.99 will be posted by Special Delivery.
Every effort is made to package up all items in such a way as to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition.
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of receipt of payment, though very often we can get orders out quicker than that. Handmade items (gemstone jewellery) are made to order and we aim to dispatch these items with 5 working days.
**Please note that during this time of the Coronavirus outbreak, unfortunately orders may take a little longer to arrive due to the disruption to the postal service
Bluediamond's Gift Shop ships worldwide. If you do not see your country in the drop down list, please contact us and we can arrange for it to be added so you can process your order. Once again, the post is initially handled by the Royal Mail who passes on parcels to the local mail service of the country of destination.
International postage is also calculated on the total price of your order, orders under £19.99 will be posted by Standard Airmail, orders over £19.99 will be posted by Recorded and Signed for Delivery
Bluediamond's Gift Shop takes pride in our reputation for quality and service, including our “no hassle returns” policy. We believe you should always be 100% happy with your purchase and that if in the unlikely event that you are not we will always endeavour to ensure your complete satisfaction as quickly as possible. If for any reason you wish to return a purchase, we will be happy to help you with a prompt refund or direct exchange.
We can only accept returns on body jewellery, earrings, nose studs and belly bars if the item is damaged or broken on arrival, due to health and hygiene reasons. If the item is damaged on arrival please let us know within 7 days of receipt.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date of receipt.
Along with the items you are returning, please include a note stating:
the items you are returning;
your Bluediamond's Gift Shop order number (found on your invoice);
the reason for return;
whether you need a refund or exchange;
if an exchange, what item you want as a replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

As soon as we receive the returned items we’ll make sure you get any exchange as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be completed the day after the items are received by us, and so if your payment was by debit card or PayPal, it will be almost instant – no waiting for weeks for it to happen.
Refunds/exchanges can only be given on items received by us.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can cancel your order using the order cancellation form sent by post to the address above, or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephoning us on +44 7727113282. If your order has been dispatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s), at your own expense, to the address given above in order for us to make the refund. We will refund the order, not including original delivery charge, to you if you decide to cancel your order before receipt of or within 14 calendar days of the day after receiving the goods. Goods must be received by Bluediamond's Gift Shop within 14 days of the date of cancellation of the order. Bluediamond's Gift Shop will complete the refund to you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
